Welcome to the bakery Dengel

The traditional bakery in Lechtal has been baking with local raw materials according to proven recipes for more than 30 years. Unique combinations and high-quality ingredients are used to create baked goods of the highest quality.

As a handicraft enterprise it is our endeavour to produce baked goods which are special in their fine taste. Our entire assortment is homemade and comes exclusively from our bakery, where it is produced fresh for you every day by highly trained employees with a great deal of love for their profession.

Our bakery

Our bakery works traditionally according to proven craftsmanship. Already in the early morning our day begins. We make our own doughs, give a hand in the production process, bake fresh and supply our shops. In a lot of manual work, fresh, natural bread is produced day after day. Thanks to the long resting time we need little yeast and the grain can develop its full flavour. We are particularly proud of this bread expertise, which we have built up over four generations.

Whether hearty wholemeal bread or fine white bread, whether large rolls or handy biscuits - at Dengel you always get top quality with an incomparable aroma.
